SITUATION & OPPORTUNITY
We require 100% funding for this project to move forward. The security for the funding could be the entire freehold property. 

Option 1: Funding can be in the form of a JV whereby we supply 100% of the expertise and operate the project with our JV partner would appoint a board member, be a dividend receiving shareholder and supply 100% funding.

Option 2: loan with a total amount of:   71.5M US$ to be able to buy 50% of the land and all the assets already on ( Theme Park, Water Park, villas and condotel. ) 
Details: 57M US$ for the Land    15M US$ for the refurbishment of the Theme Park, Water Park, Condotel and villas   Fees: 4,35M US$

Option 3: Loan with a total amount of: 136.5M US$ to be able to buy 100% of the land and all the assets already on the land  
Details: 114M US$ for the Land  15M US$ for the refurbishment of the Theme Park, Water Park, Condotel and villas    Fees: 7.45M US$

Fantasy World, situated in Lemery, Batangas, Philippines approximately 2 hours drive from the Capital City of Manila.

Fantasy World, endorsed by the Department of Tourism and the Mayor of Lemery Municipality, is approximately 180 hectares from which only 40 are currently developed and soon ready to open to public. 

Fantasy World is a World Class Theme Park & Resort that had never been in operation due to demise of the original developer and lack of operational experience of his immediate succession and family members, not having the necessary skills and management ability to complete and manage such project.

Through well-established local relationships, Dreamgate UK was approached to review the case and prepare a feasibility study, and on the basis of the quality of the project and its future prospect, end up signing an exclusivity contract with the owner.
